Effect of composition on the abrasive wear of epoxy composites with layered aluminosilicates
Abstract
Two types of epoxy resins, crosslinked with amine or polyamidoamine hardener, were used as matrices in composites containing 5 or 20 vol.% layered aluminosilicate. The qualitative and quantitative effects of this additive on the mass intensity of abrasive wear of the cured epoxy resin were investigated.
